Return & Exchange Policy

  • All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • If any order discrepancy (quantity or wrong items) found upon receiving, please contact us at 97478349 within 3 days immediately,  otherwise the transaction will be considered as completed and no refund or exchange can be arranged. The products returned due to order discrepancy should be unused and un-packed.
  • Customer(s) is reliable to the loss and damage if customer authorises product(s) to be sent to our shop.
  • Woof Magic reserves the right for any product return from customers.
